An experienced airline economist, strategist, and air transport transformation executive with specialist expertise in commercial strategy, restructuring, corporate strategy and business management, in the last 25 years, Dr. Pilon has worked in strategic planning, organization and governance, revenue management and pricing, profitability enhancement, alliances, marketing, distribution, network, Ai/ML applied insights in both passenger services and air cargo management.
