Ms. Hogan has been involved in executive education since 1989. As Associate Director of Executive Development Programs at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business between 1991 and 2003, she managed and participated in projects that covered a wide spectrum of topics.

In 2003 she joined the International Centre for Aviation Management Education and Research as Liaison Officer for Concordia’s partnership with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in the development of their Aviation Security Professional Management Course (AVSEC PM), and online community.

She also managed Concordia’s partnership with Airports Council International (ACI) in the development and delivery of their flagship Airport Executive Leadership Program. She has developed partnerships with the Danube University at Krems, HEC Paris and Beijing University to deliver executive training to their Aviation MBA professionals.
