Airport Enterprise Management Centre Guideline

To develop a shared perspective on the development of Airport Enterprise Management Centres (AEMC), the International Airport Professional Community of Practice (IAP CoP) and the ASI Institute (ASI-I) assembled a working group of International Airport Professionals (IAPs) and industry subject matter experts. This White Paper is the result of extensive discussions and collaboration as a first step toward producing industry guidelines for establishing AEMCs, a concept for common situational awareness, and collaborative decision making across the whole airport ecosystem.
